What we collect

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not collect information on its own. We receive personal information only when you choose to send it: by email, or by booking a call.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Microsoft Bookings, a scheduling service provided by Microsoft. When you book, Microsoft Bookings collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and any notes, and shares them with us. Microsoft’s own privacy statement applies to the information it handles.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, arrange and hold the call you requested, and follow up about our services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run this business.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose above, and delete it on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@optioelectrical.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, including California law.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
